Swantje Kammerecker completed a degree in human medicine, the CAS Communication for Non-profit Organizations and the Great School of Writing (Grosse Schule des Schreibens) at the Axel Andersson Academy. She has lived in Switzerland for 25 years and works as a writer, freelance copywriter, journalist and writing coach.
So far, eight publications have been published by Baeschlin Verlag, including seven children's books such as 'Vrenelisgärtli und andere Glarner Sagen', 'Der König des Waldes', 'Liam, Lara und die Furka-Dampfloks'. Ekaterina Chernetskaya, born in Moscow in 1978. After graduating from the Moscow State Institute of Architecture, she worked as an architect and taught drawing at the same university. Since 2014 she has worked as an illustrator and freelance artist. Her paintings can be found in private art collections in Switzerland, as well as in Rome, Paris, London, and New York. For Baeschlin Verlag, she has illustrated 'Die Bienenkönigin, 'Vom kleinen Hund, der lieber gross sein wollte, 'Leyla an der Glarner Landsgemeinde and 'Supernose in London, ein Duftkrimi'. |
