Pablo Albo studied social work and socio-cultural animation studies at the University of Alicante. He is the author of Diógenes and Marabajo, which both received Spain's Lazarillo Prize, among other books. Lucía Serrano studied fine arts in Madrid and illustration at Barcelona's Escola de la Dona. She is a prize-winning children's book and textbook illustrator.
